Refund Policy
At Delta Force, we are committed to delivering an exciting and competitive dragon-riding experience. All purchases made in the game — including Gems, Founder’s Packs, dragon eggs, cosmetic skins, battle passes, and promotional bundles — are classified as digital goods. Once delivered to your account, these purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund requests may be considered in exceptional cases such as unauthorized transactions, duplicate charges caused by technical errors, non-delivery of purchased content despite successful payment, or severe technical issues preventing permanent access to the purchased item. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team, and submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
If your purchase was made through a third-party platform like Steam, Microsoft Store, PlayStation Store, or Xbox Store, the refund process must follow the platform’s own policies. We cannot override or process refunds for these external platforms. For purchases made directly through these services, please contact their customer support.
Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with gameplay, balance changes, design of cosmetic items, accidental purchases, or items that have been fully or partially used. Connectivity issues, missed events, or personal circumstances are not valid grounds for refund.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support with your Player ID, transaction ID, date of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue. Include proof of payment to speed up processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Abuse of the refund process may result in denial of current and future refund requests, removal of in-game items, and possible account suspension. Any content obtained through a reversed transaction will be removed without notice.
This Refund Policy may be updated at any time to reflect changes in the game, platform requirements, or legal regulations. Continued use of Delta Force after such changes indicates acceptance of the most current version of this policy.
